Cutting Fluid Concentrate

LURPOMAX MAXI-DRAW is compounded to form stable emulsion without excessive foaming in hard or soft water. It is widely used as a cold-drawing compound for ferrous and non-ferrous metal working operations.

LUPROMAX MAXI-DRAW provides lubrication for the die and blank and effectively prevents metal pickup.

LUPROMAX MAXI-DRAW is used on carbon steel and non-ferrous metals in wire drawing, tube drawing, forming, spinning, and similar medium-to-heavy metal-forming operations.

LUPROMAX MAXI-DRAW is prepared for use by emulsifying it with water, but it can be diluted with oil if necessary or desirable to obtain additional lubricity (dilution with oil requires frequent stirring to prevent oil separation). The metal working operation may be performed while the applied emulsion is still wet or after it has dried to a solid film.
